Not Receiving MentorcliQ Notifications

When we first launched a program at your organization we asked your IT group to whitelist the ***@mentorcliq.com email address. This should allow all emails from the MentorcliQ system to be delivered to program participants and administrators. 

If you (or a program participant) are no longer receiving emails (or QuickcliQs) from MentorcliQ: 

  1. Check your email spam folder. Spam filters can sometimes change when you mark something else (not from MentorcliQ) as spam. If that's the case, locate the message from MentorcliQ and mark it as "not spam." Emails should not flow to you without problem. 
  2. If the expected message is not in your spam or junk email folder, then please contact support@mentorcliq.com. We can double-check the outgoing messages on our side to get some clues as to what's going on. We will then reach out to you or your IT group to figure it out.
