Managing your Scheduled Communication

Once you've scheduled communications for your program, you can manage the communication from the Scheduled Communication page.

Updating an Existing Communication

  1. From the Scheduled Communication page for your program,
  2. Select the blue Update button next to the message that you want to edit.
  3. Make the changes you'd like to make (date, recipients, subject, message, etc.).
  4. Click Save.

 

Deleting an existing communication

As an administrator, you are able to delete any upcoming fixed date communication as well as any recurring relative date communication for your program.

  1. From the Scheduled Communication page for your program,
  2. Select the red Delete button next to the message that you want to delete.
  3. You will be prompted to confirm this action as it cannot be undone. Click the red Delete button once more to confirm this action.
